March is closing, and April is rising with new opportunities, new blessings, and new energy. But to receive what’s ahead, you must be in alignment. That doesn’t mean forcing it. You’ve got 5 seconds. That’s how long it takes before your brain talks you out of your next blessing. Got an idea? A download? A whisper from the Most High? Move. Now. Take one small step today. Don’t wait for the perfect mood, setup, or timing. The magic is in the motion.

Detox the Old. Prepare for the New.

This is not just about physical rest—it’s mental. Emotional. Spiritual. Some of you need to detox from guilt. Some of you are holding shame that was never yours to carry. Let it go.
