GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Your shipping fee during Checkout is an *estimated quoted* price. Customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

CONTINENTAL U.S. (48 STATES)
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days, depending on the product. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery. Certain items may be custom-made upon order. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Please visit usps.com to see a complete list of observed holidays.

Please note that some packages may require a signature and may not be released if no one is present at the time of delivery. Prettybosstv.com cannot be responsible for any delays caused by signature requirements or adverse weather conditions.

Delivery dates for Economy and Standard shipping are estimates only. Actual shipping rates and expected delivery dates are estimated in the cart and finalized when your order is placed.

Non-Guaranteed Shipping Methods Economy and Standard shipping is delivered by the United States Postal Service. Although they are not guaranteed to arrive by the expected date, it is uncommon for packages to arrive past the expected delivery date.

  • Economy packages will arrive in up to 10 business days, (with the exception of a few select products). Read individual product descriptions for details. Economy will vary based on the destination, weight, and dimensions. Economy packages are shipped after all other methods have been shipped first.

  • Standard will arrive in up to 3-10 business days, (with the exception of a few select products). Read individual product descriptions for details. Standard shipping will vary based on the destination, weight, and dimensions. Standard packages will ship after all guaranteed methods but before Economy.

CANADA

Orders shipping to Canada are sent via United States Postal Service and Canada Post. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed because of possible delays in customs. Please note that the Canadian customs office may impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. These government-imposed duties are not shipping fees and are not being charged by prettybosstv.com. The customer is responsible for these tariffs and duties. Most Canadian customers report receiving their orders in less than 8 days. Some rural customers have experienced shipments taking up to 4 weeks. In these cases, it is almost always an issue with the customs office. All shipping charges are calculated in real-time based on the subtotal in your shopping cart and the total weight of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders other than those shipping to Canada. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties. These nation-specific duties are added by your respective government and are not shipping charges from Prettybosstv.com. Some orders may warrant additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. If your order requires fees in addition to those represented in the shipping chart, we will contact you to approve these charges before shipping out your order. International shipping & handling charges will be calculated real-time in the shopping cart.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your order is lost or stolen a USPS claim will need to be filed by customer. Prettybosstv.com does not hold responsibility nor is liable for any lost/stolen packages.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only added to orders shipping to Georgia addresses.
