There is a strict no refund policy, however, you can reschedule. If you need to reschedule, send an email to prettybosstv@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds are only issued in cases of services not rendered. 

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ITEMS

There is a strict NO REFUND policy. Prettybosstv.com ONLY offers store credit for defective merchandise.

If you find an item to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact a Customer Service representative before returning your item so that we may assist you accordingly. Damaged items will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Photos will be required for any report of damage.

Any package received without being pre-authorized will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.
