SERVICE FEATURES
Pre-recorded [8-10 or 15-25] minute audio recording with direct prophetic, and urgent messages (if applicable) for you. Audio files will be privately uploaded and Il'l send the link to your email where you can view and or download the audio.
Live Phone or Video call prophetic guidance will be scheduled for a date within 4-7 business days after your order has been placed. You'll receive an email allowing you to schedule you preferred day and time within that 7 day period. (You're also free to schedule for a date past the 7 day period if needed).

Shipping
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, depending on the product. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery. Certain items may be custom-made upon order.
DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ITEMS
There is a strict NO REFUND policy. Prettybosstv.com ONLY offers store credit for defective merchandise.
If you find an item to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact a Customer Service representative before returning your item so that we may assist you accordingly. Damaged items will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Photos will be required for any report of damage.
Any package received without being pre-authorized will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.
